It's not a low carbo meal but a DISEASE!!!
Was having lunch with sis when someone caught my sis's attention.
His name is Peter, aged 56.
He contracted SFN and it gives him pain on the feet, agonising!
He went into depression.
I was quiet all the time when he aired his grievances to my sis.
We were introduced and he said "I look so much better" than sis, hah!!!
I started "counselling' him and he was encouraged and thanked me.
It's a GREAT feeling when you "help someone" unexpectedly, unconditonally.
There is FREE LUNCH (genuine help) in this world, just got to be discerning enough :-)
